SEPREF’s annual seminar on future trends in commercial real estate: The year ahead 2024.
The property market faces a number of challenges, including higher maintenance costs, a higher interest rate environment and structural changes in the use of commercial space. The seminar will discuss the expectations of the year ahead as well as the risks to income going forward.
