The Baltic Valuation Conference is a non-formal meeting of valuers of countries around the Baltic Sea. It does not only offer an informative exchange of experience and methods, but provides also personal contact to colleagues in other countries. 

The tradition of the conference is that the conference participants present cases and/or experiences from their profession, thus showing national solutions and problems of valuation. 

The conference is driven by individual effort and interest – keep it going!

Topics of the BVC 2021: 

• One year with corona influenced markets: expected and unexpectable develop-ments. 
• New influences on market prices and lending value: green buildings, sustainabil-ity, the role of carbon neutrality / decarbonisation of buildings, environmental risks etc. – what are the results of statistical evaluations? 
• Forecasting of real estate data: how are real estate data made available in the participating countries?
• Job profile: expert for valuation of real estate – what are the challenges for the future?
